i am slow at math
i am slow at history
i am slow at english
i am slow at physics
i am slow when i do my homework
i am slow when i eat
i am slow when i take a test
i am slow when i write an essay
i am slow when i read
i am slow at life
my grades reflect my slowness in understanding
but because i am slow at life
i appreciate the little details
slow enough to pause and admire
slow enough to sense something wrong
slow enough to know when to go
slow enough to question everything
